There are fans who was really worried on this but later it revealed that Eiichiro Oda the Creator of One Piece is one of the Executive Producer of this show, which is gives hope of the success of this series...

#1. Iñaki Godoy as Straw Hats' Captain "Monkey D Luffy"
Iñaki Godoy is a Mexican actor who will play Captain of Straw Hats' Pirates Monkey D Luffy. For Netflix, he is known for his role in the Mexican crime-drama soap series, Who Killed Sara?, in which he portrays Bruno.
As per Fans and Oda Luffy's Nationality is Brazil if One Piece World concide with Real one.
#2. Mackenyu as The Swordsman "Roronoa Zoro"
Mackenyu Arata is a Japanese actor who will Swordsman of Straw Hats' Pirate Roronoa Zoro. He is the son of Japanese actor, producer, director, and martial artist Sonny Chiba. Mackenyu rose to fame after portraying Wataya Arata in the Chihayafuru live-action trilogy in 2016, which earned him the 40th Japan Academy Newcomers of the Year Award in 2017.
According to us he's the perfect match for Zoro's Character as Zoro is also Japanese with samurai physique as stated by Oda.
#3. Emily Rudd as The Navigator "Nami"
Emily Rudd is an American actress, she will play Nami, the navigator for the Straw Hat Pirates. Rudd previously played Cindy Berman in Fear Street.
As per her blond hair and her looks is pretty much perfect for Nami.
#4. Jacob Gibson as The Sniper "Usopp"
Jacob Gibson is a professional actor, best known for Jake from Blairsden, Josh from Grey's Anatomy, AJ Delajae from Greenleaf, etc
Jacob has Experience in Series and he can play Ussop and he's looks are pretty much similar.
#5. Taz Skylar as The Cook "Vinsmoke Sanji"
An Olivier Award Nominated Writer, Actor and Producer. Born in the Canary Islands to an Arabic father and British mother; Taz made his feature film debut as Dawes in ''The Kill Team'' directed two-time Oscar nominated Dan Krauss. His Stage Debut as Miles in #Warheads at The Park Theatre in London. And his West-End debut as Leonard Vole, in Agatha Christie's ''Witness For The Prosecution''.
Looking his Awards and Experience he's definitely a great choose for our Black Foot Chef Sanji.
#6. Morgan Davies as Koby
Australian actor Morgan Davies will be playing Koby, a crew member of the Alvida Pirates. Morgan Davies is known for his roles in movies such as The Tree and The Hunter.
#7. Ilia Isorelýs Paulino as Alvida
Captain Alvida has landed in the One Piece live-action series, and she’ll be played by Ilia Isorelýs Paulino. Alvida is the captain of the Miss Love Duck ship, as well as the first antagonist that Luffy encountered in the manga and anime series.
Ilia Isorelýs Paulino has been typecasted for the role, as she sports a black, wavy hairstyle similar to Alvida’s pre-Devil Fruit appearance. Ilia is best known for playing Lila in HBO Max’s teen drama The Sex Lives of College Girls.
#8. Jeff Ward as Buggy
Since captain Alvida set to make an appearance in the first season of the live-action, captain Buggy of the Buggy pirates will be making his debut too, played by actor Jeff Ward. Buggy is the other half of the Buggy and Alvida Alliance, focused on taking down Luffy.
Jeff Ward played Deke Show in Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. TV series.
#9. Vincent Regan as Monkey D Garp
This is Sparta the Grand Line! Actor and director Vincent Regan will be playing the role of Monkey D. Garp, a powerful Marine vice admiral and the grandfather of Monkey D. Luffy.
Vincent is praised for his roles in Zack Snyder’s 300, Troy, and Clash of the Titans.
#10. Aidan Scott as Helmeppo
One of Vice-Admiral Garp’s avid admirers is Helmeppo, played by Aidan Scott. Helmeppo, alongside Koby, will eventually become Garp’s mentees in the series.
This will be Aidan’s second Netflix project after appearing in a minor role in The Kissing Booth 2.
#11. McKinley Belcher as Arlong
Ozark’s Trevor Evans is coming to the Grand Line, this time as the captain of the all fish-man crew, the Arlong pirates. Ozark actor McKinley Belcher will be playing the role of Arlong the Saw, a sawshark fish-man and the main antagonist of the Arlong Park Arc.
#12. Peter Gadiot as Shanks
According to Variety, Gadiot will be joining the One Piece Live Action Series Cast as "Red-Haired" Shanks.
Peter portrayed the role of James Valdez in the hit USA Network show Queen of the South. He also played Cyrus in ABC's Once Upon a Time in Wonderland and Adam in Showtime’s Yellowjackets.
